  14.     Real-Easy Property Analysis is the most comprehensive and affordable
  15.     real estate property analysis program available on the market. Since 
  16.     it is much larger than will fit onto a 360k 5.25 inch floppy disk,
  17.     it is in compressed form, employing the (c)LHARC data compression
  18.     utility.
  19.     
  20.     Before decompressing the files, you should make a copy of the 
  21.     diskette for backup purposes. To decompress the files, simply copy
  22.     the files from the Realeasy distribution diskette to the drive where
  23.     the program is going to reside. This is usually to a hard drive, although
  24.     it is possible to decompress the files onto either a 720k or larger 3.5 inch floppy drive or 1.2 meg
  25.     or larger 5.25 inch floppy drive.

  28.                  **HARD DRIVE SYSTEMS**

  31.     On a hard drive system, make certain you are at the system prompt
  32.     and create a directory for the Realeasy program files by typing:

  34.                  c:\md Realeasy

  36.     Then, change to the Realeasy directory by typing:

  38.                    c:\cd c:\Realeasy
  39.                  
  40.     Place the program distribution diskette into your A:\ drive and type:

  42.                c:\Realeasy\copy a:\*.* c:

  44.     From the directory prompt issue the command to run the decompression
  45.     program:

  53.     When decompressing the program files on a floppy based system, simply
  54.     copy the files from the Realeasy program diskette onto the floppy drive
  55.     to which it is to be decompressed. For example, if the A:\ drive is the
  56.     360k drive containing the program diskette, place a blank formatted floppy
  57.     diskette into the B:\ drive and, at the A:\ prompt type:

  59.                 a:\copy *.* b:\
  60.     
  61.     When the files are finished copying, change to the B:\ drive and issue
  62.     the command to run the decompression program:
  63.     
  64.                     b:\program

  67.                 **RUNNING THE PROGRAM**

  70.     Once the files are decompressed, there will be three program files on the
  71.     drive: Realeasy.bat, Realeasy.skw, and Run.exe. The compressed program
  72.     file, program.exe, should be deleted to conserve disk space by issuing the 
  73.     command:

  78.     If you are running the program from a drive other than c:\, substitute
  79.     the proper drive letter in the above commands from the directory in which
  80.     the program files reside. For example, if you are running from a floppy
  81.     disk in the B:\ drive with no directories, simply type:

  87.     Once the program has been decompressed and installed on your computer
  88.     it is started by typing: Realeasy from the directory prompt. Example:
